Terms & Conditions – tayaplus Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and tayaplus ("tayaplus", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at tayaplus.org.

By creating a tayaplus account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager through any product offered by tayaplus — including but not limited to slots, live casino, online sabong, sports betting, fishing games, and bingo — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and all applicable game-specific rules.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the tayaplus platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations administered by PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation). Individuals under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or participating in any real-money gaming activity on tayaplus.

tayaplus reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be in violation of the eligibility criteria may be immediately suspended or permanently closed, with any balances held subject to investigation.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) tayaplus account. Multiple accounts belonging to the same individual — identified by name, mobile number, device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or any other identifying factor — are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of balances.

When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, and valid Philippine mobile number.
• Keep your account credentials — particularly your password and OTP codes — confidential and not disclose them to any third party.
• Notify tayaplus immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Update your account information promptly whenever it changes.

tayaplus is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your tayaplus account.

Account verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) may be required before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary by tayaplus. Failure to complete verification within the requested timeframe may result in account restrictions.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the tayaplus platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Accepted payment methods currently include GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Coins.ph, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and USDT (TRC20 network).

• Minimum Deposit: ₱100, unless otherwise specified for specific payment methods or promotions.
• Deposits are generally credited to your tayaplus account balance within seconds to minutes depending on the payment method. tayaplus is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
• Withdrawals require completion of identity verification (KYC). The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used where technically possible. Processing times vary by method — GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes; bank transfers within 1–3 business hours.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ₱200, unless otherwise specified.
• tayaplus reserves the right to conduct anti-money laundering (AML) checks prior to processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld during investigation of suspected fraudulent or irregular activity.
• Deposits made in error by the player cannot be reversed once gaming activity has commenced. Contact tayaplus support immediately if you believe a deposit was made in error before placing any bets.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

tayaplus offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the time the bonus is offered, including applicable wagering requirements, game restrictions, validity periods, and maximum withdrawal limits.

• Bonuses are credited to your tayaplus account balance upon satisfaction of the relevant qualifying conditions.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• tayaplus reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice.
• Abuse of promotions — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, or using prohibited betting patterns to exploit bonus terms — will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all bonus-related balances.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per person, household, device, or IP address.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the tayaplus platform are governed by the individual game rules provided by the respective game developers. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail for matters relating to gameplay outcomes.

• tayaplus uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games. Results are independently tested for fairness.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or connectivity error during gameplay, tayaplus's records shall be deemed the authoritative record of the game outcome.
• If a game is interrupted due to a server failure after a bet has been placed but before a result is determined, the bet shall be void and the staked amount returned to your account balance.
• tayaplus reserves the right to void any bet or outcome where there is clear evidence of technical error, human error, or manipulation.
• All game results displayed on the tayaplus platform are final once confirmed by the system, subject only to technical error correction.

7. Responsible Gaming

tayaplus is committed to promoting responsible gambling among Filipino players. The platform provides the following tools to help players maintain control over their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through account settings. Once set, limits cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session Time Limits: Players can set maximum session duration notifications to alert them when they have been playing for a defined period.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tayaplus platform. Violation of any prohibition may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and/or legal action:

• Registering more than one account or permitting any other person to use your account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with tayaplus games or systems.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or any coordinated strategy designed to exploit game mechanics or bonus terms unfairly.
• Money laundering or using tayaplus for any purpose related to criminal activity.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the tayaplus platform or its underlying infrastructure.
• Engaging in abusive, harassing, or discriminatory behavior toward other players or tayaplus staff.
• Accessing tayaplus from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal without disclosing this to tayaplus.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the tayaplus platform — including but not limited to the tayaplus brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of tayaplus or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the tayaplus platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or exploit any tayaplus content for any commercial purpose without express written consent from tayaplus.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law:

• tayaplus provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• tayaplus shall not be liable for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, or for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Our total liability to any player for any single claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• tayaplus is not responsible for any taxes or levies that may be applicable to player winnings under Philippine tax law. Players are solely responsible for their own tax reporting obligations.

11. Privacy

Your use of the tayaplus platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy. tayaplus collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines and all implementing rules and regulations thereof.

12. Termination

tayaplus reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• There is a breach of these Terms or any applicable laws.
• Fraudulent, irregular, or prohibited activity is suspected.
• The player requests account closure.
• tayaplus is required to do so by a regulatory body, court order, or law enforcement authority.

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in the account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds or amounts under investigation) will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method, subject to identity verification and AML compliance.

13. Amendments

tayaplus reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, tayaplus will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email, in-platform notification, or a visible notice on the website. Continued use of the tayaplus platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not agree to any revised Terms must cease using the platform and request account closure.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.

tayaplus's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
